A puffin can catch a fish, then keep catching more fish, all while holding onto the fish she has already caught. Let's all be like puffins, making new connections while still keeping it fun for our faithful longtime friends!

Wow, I'm still flying high from our June meeting. We gave pins to 4 fifty-year members! It was done in a packed house, as this  was also an Estarl supper and honor night for Chaplains. Our new Grand Chaplain was there. They are now permitted to travel with  their own Bible, so his DDGM surprised him with the gift of a new Bible. What a treat to have that done in our hall. The Worthy Grand Patron was there, and he installed our Sentinel. You're in for a treat this year because when Bro. John comes to visit, merriment ensues. Brucie and I were thrilled to sign not one, but two Bibles - we were the second signers in the WGP's  and the first signers in the Grand Chaplain's. Dwinal still needs to do a lot of work to get strong again. Currently we have no elected Associate Matron or Conductress. What will happen? Who knows... but the warm feelings from last night will carry us for quite a while.
